EBC electronic let off system is mainly used to produce warp knitting machines with various let off fabrics, such as RD8DPLM-EBC/EAC double needle bed warp knitting machine. It is developed on the basis of FAG mechanical let off device and EBA.

The multi speed EBC electronic let off system has the ability to produce complex patterned fabrics, and can compile various let off quantities according to the production process requirements.

  • Main advantages:

    1. The function of double speed let off can be realized, and some fabrics with varying let off amount, such as pleated fabrics, can be produced efficiently and cheaply.

    2. The shutdown crossbar may be eliminated or reduced;

    3. It can achieve higher speed and improve production efficiency;

    4. It is convenient and rapid to change the let off quantity without changing the let off gear;

    5. When replacing the beam shaft, it is not necessary to manually rotate the shaft, but simply press the key;

    6. Each beam shaft is controlled separately to reduce friction and energy loss;

    7. The noise is reduced and the operation comfort is improved.
